FSGA Men's Points System

Below is a detailed listing of how amateurs earn points. Use the buttons below to explore by each points list:

  • Players will earn points in all Points List that their age category meets up to the highest level points list depending on which list the Championship is under.

  • Examples:

    • An 18 year old competing in the US Amateur: Boys' Junior Player of the Year, Amateur Player of the Year
    • A 29 year old competing in the US Amateur Four-Ball: Amateur Player of the Year, Mid-Amateur Player Year
    • A 58 year old competing in the State Amateur: Amateur Player of the Year, Mid-Amatuer Player of the Year,Senior Player of the Year
    • A 66 year old competing in the Forty & Over Championship: Mid-Amateur Player of the Year, Senior Player of the Year, Super-Senior Player of the Year
