Format: Four-Ball, Foursome, and Three-Ball Matches
Eligibility: Florida resident, Invitatoin only
The Southeastern Challenge Match is a tri-state biennial competition between Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. The Southeast Challenge Match debuted in 2012 as an event intended to promote goodwill and competition between the best amateur players, playing as a team, from Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.
The FSGA selects an eight (8) player team to represent Florida in this competition against Georgia and Alabama consisting of four (4) Women Senior Amateurs (50 and older) and four (4) other women of which no more than one (1) junior players of age 18 and under. The team selections includes:
Players are chosen and invited by the Championship Committee with selection criteria to include, but not be limited to, the FSGA Women's Two-Year points list standings as of July 7, 2024 after the Women’s Amateur Stroke Championship.
