The Mid-Amateur Four-Ball is a perfect opportunity for a golfing road trip with a buddy. Two days of four-ball flighted after day one, make for an enjoyable and competitive golfing environment. Sugar Mill Country Club boasts 27 holes of championship golf located conveniently minutes from the beach and just up the road from Daytona.
Eligibility 
Male amateurs must be age 25 or older as of June 1, 2013. Both entrants must also be members of the FSGA.
Entry Fee
$320 per team ($340 - members who do not have an active FSGA/GHIN Handicap). Late entries will be accepted subject to a $10 late entry fee should the entrant gain acceptance into the field.
Championship
36 holes of four-ball stroke play. The lowest team score for 36 holes will be the Champion. If necessary, there will be a hole by hole play-off to determine the Champion. It is the player's responsibility to be present for any play-off.

Saturday, June 1st
- 8:00 AM - 9:50 AM - Round One tee times off of #1 and #10
Sunday, June 2nd
- 8:00 AM - 9:50 AM - Round Two tee times off of #1 and #10
- Awards ceremony immediately following the completion of play
Championship Field Size
48 teams; 96 players
Course Set-Up
The golf course will be set-up at approximately 6,900 yards.
Flights
After 18 holes, the number of flights will be based on the number of teams and the range of scores.
Tee Times
Round one and two tee times will begin at 8:00 AM off the 1st and 10th tees. Tee times subject to change.
Practice Rounds
Practice rounds are available one week prior to the championship. Practice rounds may be played after 12:00 PM on the weekend. The price for a practice round is $30.00 + tax. Please call (386) 426-5210 to arrange your practice round. The proper place to practice your golf swing is on the driving range, hitting multiple shots on the course is unacceptable.
Carts
Carts are included for all competitive rounds. Players are responsible for practice round fees.

Jeronimo Esteve and Thad Hudgens won on the 2012 Championship shooting 64-68--132 at Gainesville Country Club.

Scorecards
Only one of the partners per team need sign the score card and each score to count must be individually identifiable. See Rule 31-3.
Spectators and Caddies
Spectators and caddies are always welcome at FSGA Championships. Only players are allowed to ride in carts. If a player employs a caddie, the caddie MUST walk and the player's clubs must remain on the golf cart.
Conditions; Schedules
The FSGA Championships Committee/on-site Rules Committee reserves the right to alter any of the conditions, provisions and/or schedules. The decision of the Championships Committee/on-site Rules Committee in any matter will be final.
