TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.                   FORMAT: 36 holes four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round.

2.                  COURSE SET- UP:  Total yardage will be between 6400 – 6600 yards.

3.                  DIRECTIONS TO SARA BAY: From I-75 exit #213 (University Parkway) East approximately 7mi. to US-41 (Tamiami Trail) Turn right 1mi. Turn right on Magellan Drive.

4.                  ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Holiday Inn-Airport Marina for $69.00 per night. Call (888) 818-2781 for reservations prior to September 28, 2003 and identify yourself as an FSGA participant.

5.                  REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up on the veranda behind the clubhouse. All contestants are requested to check in.

6.                  PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available one week prior to the championship.  Players may make tee times one week in advance.  The cost of the practice round is $25.00 plus tax. Please call (941) -355-6544 to reserve a time for your practice round. The place to practice your golf swing is on the driving range.  Hitting multiple balls on the golf course is unacceptable.

       7.        PRACTICE RANGE: Space is limited, and only short to mid irons may be hit. We ask your  cooperation in limiting your time on the range so that all                  competitors may warm up.

8.        PAYMENT: Sara Bay Country Club will only be able to accept CASH (NO CREDIT CARDS) for all purposes.

9.           SCORE CARDS: Rule 31–4 will be strictly enforced. (See example on reverse side)
