TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.                   FORMAT: 36 holes four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round.

2.                  COURSE SET- UP:  Total yardage will be approximately 6700 yards.

3.                  DIRECTIONS TO Sugar Mill : From I-95 take exit #249 (SR-44)East , 0.3 mi. Turn Left on Sugar Mill Dr. for 1.9 mi. Left on Club House Blvd.

            From I-4 take exit #118 (SR-44) East for 11.2 mi. Turn Left on Sugar Mill Dr.

4.                  ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Holiday Inn – New Smyrna Beach for $79.00 per night. (1401 S. Atlantic Ave.) Call (1-800-232-2414) for reservations prior to September 6, 2003 and identify yourself as an FSGA participant.

5.                  REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop. All contestants are requested to check in.

6.          PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available one week prior to the event.  Players may make tee times one week in advance.  The cost of the practice round is $30.00 plus tax. Please call (386) -426-5210 to reserve a time for your practice round. The place to practice your golf swing is on the driving range.  Hitting multiple balls on the golf course is unacceptable.

7.                  PAYMENT: Sugar Mill Country Club accepts Cash and Visa/MasterCard for method of payment.

8.                  SCORE CARDS: Rule 31–4 will be strictly enforced.
