TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.                 FORMAT: 36 holes four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round.

2.                 COURSE SET- UP:  The golf course will be set-up approximately 6700-6800 yards.

3.                 ACCOMMODATIONS:  Arrangements have been made at the Hampton Inn for $79.00 per night.  Call (239) 768-2525 and identify yourself as an FSGA competitor for reservations.

4.                 REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop. All contestants are requested to check in.

5.                 PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available one week prior to the championship Saturday and Sunday after 12:00 pm.  The price for your practice round is $25.00 tax.  Please call (239) 561-6335 to arrange your practice round.  The proper place to practice your golf swing is on the driving range, hitting multiple shots on the course is unacceptable.

6.                 PAYMENT:  Club at Renaissance Golf Shop will accept cash and MasterCard/Visa for method of payment.

7.                 SCORECARDS: Rule 31–4 will strictly be enforced. See example on the reverse side.
