Please take time to carefully read through this information. There are several important pieces of information contained here, some of which require action by you, by a certain time (e.g. hotel reservations, pre-registration, and practice rounds, etc.). Welcome Letter from Mr. Nicklaus
Wednesday, June 21st - 6:00 PM - The Bear's Club (upstairs Dinning Room)
We invite all players to attend the complimentary dinner and reception with 18-time Major Champion, and designer of both courses, Jack Nicklaus. Mr. Nicklaus will join the players for dinner and participate in a Q&A and speak on topics including his amateur and professional career, opinions on today's players and their games, and provide some insights and tips on Lost Tree and The Bear's Club.
All players strongly encouraged to attend
Golf Attire - shorts and a tucked in golf shirt, no hats. Welcome to use the Locker Room to freshen up. Unfortunately, due to very limited capacity, the reception is restricted to players only.

By 3:30 PM, Thursday, June 15th, each player who advanced through a qualifier must remit to the FSGA office, $135 per player for advance payment of Championship fees. Championship fees include tee gifts, cart fees, and range balls for all rounds. Players must pay by credit card online through the My Account section. Payment must be received by 3:30 PM, Thursday, June 15th, or you will be withdrawn from the Championship. Exempt players are automatically pre-registered with a complete entry.

Failure to meet this deadline will result in withdrawal of your entry. The place will then be offered to an alternate.
Tee times and pairings groups will be arranged and posted on the FSGA website at www.fsga.org on or before Monday June 19th. All competitors with a valid email address on file with the FSGA will have a link to the pairings emailed to them.
Practice rounds are available on a space available basis on both courses. Practice rounds are restricted to after 12:00 PM on the weekend prior to the Championship. Practice rounds tee times can be made by call the club no earlier than June 10th.
All players must take a cart and the cost of the practice round, including range balls and cart, is $40 plus tax. Only players in the championship field may play practice rounds. Alternates have access to the practice facilities on Thursday morning.

The membership and management at each facility would like all of you to enjoy your experience during the 100th Amateur Championship.
Remember that you are guests at The Bear's Club and Lost Tree and entries are subject to rejection or withdrawal at any time (including during the event). The reason for withdrawal may include improper attire and/or unbecoming conduct.
The Bear's Club - Breakfast is not available. The Halfway House located near #10 tee is available for purchase of drinks, snacks and food. On competitive days lunch is available for purchase in the clubhouse downstairs. There are only snacks available on practice round days; no lunch.
Lost Tree - The Pelican's Nest (small snack stand near the Golf Shop) is open 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and has drinks, snacks and sandwiches available for purchase
A beverage cart will NOT be on the courses during the championship.
All players must ride during the Championship rounds. Only players are allowed to ride in carts. If a player employs a caddie, the caddie MUST walk and the player’s clubs must remain on the golf cart. A caddie must not be a parent or guardian of the player.
Due to the limited amount of golf carts at each club, spectator carts will not be permitted.
Player check-in will only be at The Bear's Club on Wednesday 10:00 – 4:00 and again Thursday and Friday morning before the first round at both clubs. Players will receive their gifts and only need to check-in once.
