Streamsong Resort - Black Course

**The rate listed below, is a walking rate. Players can purchase a cart though Streamsong, or take a caddie as specified below.**

Starting Time & Entry Fee

• Tee times begin at 7:30 AM off holes 1 & 12
• $70 - Includes: Golf, range balls and prizes ($10 per person, from the entry fee, is in the gift certificate pot)
• This is a WALKING rate, and carts are NOT included in the rate above
• Carts - Can be purchased the morning of through the Streamsong Golf Shop for $30 + tax
  • **One person per cart, unless players provide proof of single residency**
• Caddies - Walking players do NOT require a caddie. All riding players MUST take a caddie.
• Any late entrant that gains acceptance into the field will be subject to a $10 late entry fee

Caddie Fees (Required for riders, optional for walking players)

• Walking Rates: 
  • Single Bag - $100 + Gratuity
  • Double Bag - $90 + Gratuity / per player
• Riding Rates
  • Single Rider - $80 + Gratuity
  • 2 players - $40 + Gratuity / per player
  • 3 players - $30 + Gratuity / per player
  • 4 players - $25 + Gratuity / per player
    
• **All caddie fees and gratuities are to be paid in cash, directly to the caddie after each 18 holes of golf is played**

Pairings Request - "Email onedays@fsga.org"

• Players can request their own groupings
• Send an email request for pairings to onedays@fsga.org
• All pairings requests must be received at least 5 days prior to the event to guarantee your pairing
• In the email, please specify the event and the players with whom you wish to play
• All other groupings are made randomly within flights (riders will be paired with other riders for caddie purposes)

Age Divisions & Approximate Yardages

**All players must compete in the age division commensurate with their age as of the event day. No players are allowed to play out of their age division **

• Men's Gross - Under 50 Age Division - 6,300 yards - 6,500 yards (Gross Only, 10.0 FL GHIN handicap index or less)
• Men's Gross - 50 & Over Age Division - 6,000 yards - 6,200 yards (Gross Only, 10.0 FL GHIN handicap index or less)

• Men's Net - Under 50 Age Division - 6,300 - 6,500 yards (Net Only)
• Men's Net - 50-59 Age Division - 6,000 yards - 6,200 yards (Net Only)
• Men's Net - 60-69 Age Division - 5,500 - 5,700 yards (Net Only)
• Men's Net - 70 & Over Age Division - 5,500 - 5,700 yards (Net Only)

• Women's Division - 4,900 yards - 5,100 yards (Gross & Net)

Men's Format

• 18 holes of net or gross stroke play within flights
• Each player will use their playing handicap for the day (95%)
• Handicap Indexes will be taken from the close of entry date
• Gross Divisions - No strokes given, must have under a 10.0 GHIN handicap index
• Maximum score of 10 per hole is in effect
• Local Rule: E-5 Alternative to Stroke & Distance for Lost Ball or Ball Out of Bounds is in effect

Women's Format

• 18 holes of net and gross stroke play
• Each player will use their playing handicap for the day (95%)
• Handicap Indexes will be taken from the close of entry date
• Payout will be NET, then Gross. Gross payout begins when 4 players or teams are in the flight.
• Maximum score of 10 per hole is in effect
• Local Rule: E-5 Alternative to Stroke & Distance for Lost Ball or Ball Out of Bounds is in effect 

Eligibility

• Men and Women amateur golfers (18 years of age or older)
• FSGA/GHIN handicap required for ALL players (24.0 or less for men and 34.0 or less for women)
• Golfers who do not have a FSGA/GHIN handicap index from a FSGA member club may purchase a handicap online at fsga.org.
• First time players without an established GHIN handicap will be eligible to compete, but not for prizes, unless playing in the Gross Division.
