The FSGA conducts three qualifying events for this Championship. 
Eligibility
Entries are open to professional golfers and amateur golfers who have reached their 50th birthday by first day of the championship. Amateurs must have an up-to-date Men’s Handicap Index not exceeding 3.4 under the USGA Handicap System

- May 22 - Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club, Ocala
- May 23 - Lost Tree Club, North Palm Beach
- May 25 - Lakewood National Golf Club - Commander Course, Lakewood Ranch
