Pinehurst Resort - Summer Getaway

  • Players will need to enter the name of their roommate during the tournament entry process
    • Both entries will need to be received before they are processed, NO exceptions
  • The FSGA will not be pairing individuals for rooming arrangements
    
• Non Playing guests attending will be charged an additional $300 for the trip which includes: Welcome reception, breakfast daily, arrival gift, and access to the Pinehurst Resort amenities
• Transportation not included
• Must be 21 years of age to participate
• Must be a 2023 FSGA member (regular level or higher)
• Golfers must have an active Florida GHIN handicap of 24.0 less for men and 36.0 or less for women in order to participate on the trip.
• This trip has no formal competition component organized by the FSGA.

Full Itinerary:

Day 1 – Sunday, July 2, 2023

• Arrive at Pinehurst Resort (Travel participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the resort)
• Golf - The Cradle
• Tee Times Starting at 3:00 PM
• Welcome reception - Kendall/Front Porch at the Carolina Hotel (7:00 PM - 8:30 PM) - Hors d'oeuvres and open bar included
  
• Check into hotel (3 night stay)
• Arrival gift

Day 2 – Monday, July 3, 2023

• Breakfast - Carolina Dining Room
• Golf - Pinehurst No.9
• Tee Times starting at 7:20 AM

Day 3 – Tuesday, July 4, 2023

• Breakfast - Carolina Dining Room
• Golf - Pinehurst No.2 **US Open Anchor Site**
• Tee Times starting at 7:50 AM

Day 4 - Wednesday, July 5, 2023

• Breakfast - Carolina Dining Room
• Golf - Pinehurst No.8
• Tee Times starting at 7:50 AM
• Depart back to Florida after your round

What's Included:

• (4) Four rounds of golf – The Cradle, Pinehurst No. 2, 8 & 9 courses
• (3) Three nights at either the Carolina Hotel or Holly Inn Hotel

What's NOT Included:

• Airfare
• Optional and Not Mandatory - Caddy Fees & Gratuities - $100-150 per course and must be reserved 72 hours in advance

Optional Replay Rates Outside of Package Play:

• Course: No. 1, 3 & 5 = $80 per person, per round
• Course No. 2 = $380 per person, per round
• Course No. 4 = $300 per person, per round
• Course: No. 6, 7, 8 & 9 = $210 per person, per round
• The Cradle Short Course = $50 per person

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations received after May 1, 2023 will forfeit the entry fee. FSGA will make best effort to fill vacancy to permit a refund minus any administration fees.
