  • One Golfer not sharing a room

• Single Occupancy and a non-playing guest

  • Non-playing guests will be charged an additional $1,000.00 for the trip which includes:
    • Lodging

  • Players will need to enter the name of their roommate during the entry process
  • Both entries must be received before they are entered and confirmed

Entry Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age to participate.
• Must be a current FSGA member (regular level or higher).
• Golfers must have an active Florida GHIN handicap of 24.0 less for men and 36.0 or less for women in order to participate on the trip.

  • Arrive at The Inn at Spanish Bay
  • Resort check-in is 4:00 pm
  • Golf - The Hay
  • Tee times begin at 1:00 pm
  • Welcome Reception 
    • Troon Room (Bottom Floor of the Inn)
    • 6:00 - 8:00 pm
    • Welcome gift for all attendees
• Day 2 – Friday, 8/29/2025
  
  • Golf - Spyglass Hill
  • Tee times begin at 8:00 am
• Day 3 – Saturday, 8/30/2025
  • Golf - The Links at Spanish Bay
  • Tee times begin at 7:10 am
  • Closing Reception
    • Troon Room (Bottom Floor of the Inn)
    • 6:00 - 8:00 pm
• Day 4 - Sunday, 8/31/2025
  • Golf - Pebble Beach Golf Links
  • Tee times begin at 9:00 am

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations received after June 1, 2025 will forfeit the entry fee.  The FSGA will make best effort to fill vacancy to permit a refund minus any administration fees.
