Billy Bear was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida before moving to Gainesville, Georgia at a young age. Billy joined the FSGA in May 2024 after completing an operations internship with the AJGA in the summer of 2023. Before the FSGA, Billy has worked for a variety of sports organizations including Georgia Southern Football. 

Billy graduated in May 2024 from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor’s of Science, majoring in Sport Management.

Aside from work, Billy enjoys improving his golf game as well as spending time with family and friends. Billy also enjoys cheering for all of the Chicago sports teams (except the White Sox) as well as the Georgia Southern Eagles and the Florida Gators.
