The FSGA is excited to offer in-person consultations and evaluations with our staff member, Erin O'Neil at select Junior Championships and FJT tournaments. As a former Division I Women's Golf Coach for over twenty years, she has the knowledge and experience to help guide you on journey of finding the right fit in a college and golf program. In-person recruiting consultations
- Duration: 30 minutes
- Topics discussed:
- Resume building/evaluation
- Academics and eligibility
- Strategies for communicating with coaches
- Creating a list of schools to contact
- Tournament scheduling
- Goal setting
- Planning unofficial/official visits
- Time management skills
On-course evaluations
- Duration: 2 hours
- Limited times available at select tournaments
- Observation of 9 holes on the course
- Assessment of strengths & weaknesses of overall game
- Provide practice suggestions
- Discuss next steps to effectively navigate recruiting process
TrackMan Sessions
- 15-minute session - 3 clubs (Driver/7iron/SW)
- 40-minute Combine session - Starting with 60 yards, you'll work your way up to driver hitting 3 shots to each target of the 10 targets, and then repeat for a total of 60 shots. Click here to learn more about TrackMan Combines.
Virtual/Phone consultation opportunities are also available anytime
