Neil McGillicuddy of Niceville has been named the 2004 Course Rating Volunteer of the Year. Neil has been a course rating and tournament volunteer since 1993. He is a course rating captain for section one and two in the Panhandle and is also an active member of the Florida State Golf Association board.
