TOURNAMENT
INFORMATION
FORMAT:
36 holes four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after
the first round.
COURSE SET- UP:The golf course will be set up at approximately 6500 yards.
SUPER SENIOR
DIVISION:When both players on
the team are 65 years of age or older as of October18, 2005, they are
eligible for the super senior division. The super senior teams will play
from the same tees as the regular division and they are eligible for the
overall Championship. The low two super senior teams will be awarded gift
certificates redeemable only in the Gainesville Country Club Pro Shop.
PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available on October 11th 16th
after 1:00 PM and Monday, October 17th starting at 10:00 AM.The
cost of your practice round is $25.00 plus tax.Call (352) 372-0961 to
arrange your practice round.The place to practice your golf
swing is on the driving range.Hitting multiple balls on the golf course is unacceptable.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been
made at the Hampton Inn for $75.00 per night and $95.00 per night for a
suite.Call (352) 371-4171
for reservations and identify yourself as FSGA competitor for reservations.
REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a
registration table set up in front of the pro shop. All contestants are
requested to check in. You will receive tee favor and tournament
information at the registration table.
DIRECTIONS TO GAINESVILLE COUNTRY CLUB:From I-75, exit at the Williston exit (exit
382) and travel west on Hwy 121, travel to SW 35th Way and turn left.
PAYMENT:The Gainesville
Country Club accepts cash and Visa/MasterCard for a method of payment.
SCORE CARDS: Rule 31 4 will strictly be enforced.
