TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.                   FORMAT: 36 holes four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round.

2.                  COURSE SET- UP:  The golf course will be set up from 6650 – 6750 yards.

3.                  DIRECTIONS TO GRAND HAVEN GOLF CLUB:  From Interstate 95, use exit 91 C (look for blue water tower) east until Colbert Lane. Take a right on Colbert Lane and follow the signs to the Golf Club.

4.                  ACCOMMODATIONS: The Palm Coast Resort $88. Call (800) 654 – 6538 and identify yourself as part of the FSGA. 

5.                  REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up in the pro shop. All contestants are requested to check in. You will receive tee favor and tournament information at the registration table.

6.          PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available from Sep 13^th – 20th anytime. You may call the golf shop at 386-445-2327 to arrange your practice round. The price for your practice round is $25.00 tax (range balls not included).

7.         PAYMENT: Grand Haven will accept cash, Visa/MasterCard or American Express.

     8.          SCORECARDS: Rule 31 – 4 (Scoring in Four-Ball Stroke Play) will strictly be enforced. See      example on reverse side.
