TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.                   FORMAT: 36 holes four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round.

2.                  COURSE SET-UP:  Total yardage will be between 6800 – 6900 yards.

3.                  PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available one week prior to the event.  Practice rounds are restricted to after 12:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.  The cost of the practice round is $25.00 plus tax..  Please call (954) 733-7550 to reserve a time for your practice round. The place to practice your golf swing is on the driving range.  Hitting multiple balls on the golf course is unacceptable.

4.                  DIRECTIONS TO INVERRARY COUNTRY CLUB:

From I-95, take Oakland Park Blvd.  West (exit 31B coming from the south, exit 31 coming from the north).  Continue west for a little over 4 miles.  Turn right at Inverrary Boulevard and the club will be 8/10 mile on the right hand side.

From I-595, take the Florida Turnpike exit north.  (see below).

From the Florida Turnpike, exit on Commercial Boulevard to the west (right).   Turn left at Rock Island Road which is the first four-way intersection.  Continue to the 3-way intersection at NW 44 Street and turn right.  Proceed past Inverrary Drive to Inverrary Boulevard and turn left.  The clubhouse entrance is 1/2 mile on the left.

From University Drive, take Oakland Park Boulevard heading east.  Go past Inverrary Boulevard West and turn left at Inverrary Boulevard.  The club will be 8/10 of a mile on the right hand side.

From the Beach Hotels, take 17th Street Causeway west to Federal Highway (US 1).  Turn left (south) and get on 595 heading west.  Take the Florida turnpike north to Sunrise Boulevard.  After paying $.25 toll, turn right (west).  Turn right at the light which is NW 56 Avenue which turns into Inverrary Boulevard.  Cross Oakland Park Boulevard and the club is 8/10 of a mile on the right hand side.

5.                  ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Hampton Inn for $69.00 per night.  Call (954) 735-7575 and identify yourself as an FSGA competitor for reservations.

6.                  REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop. All contestants are requested to check in.

7.                  PAYMENT: The Inverray Country Club accepts Cash and Visa/MasterCard for method of payment.

8.                  SCORE CARDS: Rule 31–4 will strictly be enforced.
