2^nd Foundation Four-Ball Championship

April 23 & 24, 2005

1.                  FORMAT: 36 holes four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round. One player needs to be over 55 years of age, and the other player needs to be 25-54 years of age as of April 23, 2005.

2.                  TEE TIMES:  Round one tee times will begin at 12:00 PM off the 1^st and 10^th tees.  Round two tee times will be an 8:30 AM shotgun.

3.                  PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available one week prior to the event at a rate of $28.00 plus tax. Practice rounds are restricted on the weekends until after 12:00 PM. Please call (941) 764-6661 to arrange your practice round.

4.                  COURSE SET- UP: The golf course will be set-up approximately 6800 - 6900 yards for the mid-amateurs and 6500 - 6600 yards for the senior amateurs.

5.                  DIRECTIONS TO THE RIVERWOOD GOLF CLUB:

From the North: Take I-75 South to exit #179.  Turn right (West) onto Toledo Blade Blvd.  Travel on Toledo Blade Blvd. Go thru US 41 to next stop light. Turn right at the stop light onto CR 776.  The Riverwood Golf Club is three miles on the right.

From the South: Take I-75 North to exit #179. Turn left (West) onto Toledo Blade Blvd.  Travel on Toledo Blade Blvd. Go thru US 41 to next stop light. Turn right at the stop light onto CR 776.  The Riverwood Golf Club is three miles on the right.

6.                  ACCOMMODATIONS:  Hotel arrangements have been made at the following hotels. Please identify yourself as an FSGA competitor.

7.                  REGISTRATION: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop. All contestants are requested to check in.

8.                  PAYMENT: The Riverwood Golf Club accepts Cash, Visa, and Master Card for method of payment.
