1. IMPORTANT SITE CHANGE!!!  - You were originally scheduled to play at Deercreek but due to emergency maintenance to be performed on their greens we have had to change the location of the qualifier to Marsh Landing Country Club.  The date of the qualifier is the same.

2. Enclosed are the groupings and pertinent information for the qualifying round at Marsh Landing Country Club, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL on July 1, 2004.  They will accept cash and Visa/MasterCard for method of payment.

3. The Marsh Landing County Club prohibits the use of traditional metal spikes.

4. To arrange your practice round, call (904) 285-6459.  Practice rounds are available one week prior to the competition day, Saturday and Sunday after 12:00.  The cost of the practice round is $25 tax.  All contestants playing a practice round must reserve a tee time in advance.

5. Practice Rounds:  Remember you are a guest at Marsh Landing Country Club and gentlemanly behavior and proper dress is expected at all times.  The proper place to practice your swing is on the driving range, hitting multiple shots on the course is unacceptable.

6. All players MUST RIDE during the qualifying round.  PLAYERS are responsible for their cart/course fee at the qualifying round.  The cost of the qualifying round is $25 plus tax including range balls.  Spectators and caddies are welcome, but they must walk at all times.

7. At the time of this mailing the number of qualifying spots had not been determined by the FSGA.  This information will be posted at the qualifier.
