PLAYER INFORMATION

The Slammer & Squire Course will be the main facility. The Official Scoreboard and the awards presentation will be at this course.

All competitors are cautioned to be certain of their individual TEE-Time and at WHICH COURSE you are scheduled each day. All players from each club will have consecutive times from the same tee and at the same course each day.

1.     FORMAT: Four-Man Team, each team member will play 36 holes of individual stroke play. Total of best 3 scores of 4 will count as team score each day, low team total for 36 holes will be the champion.

2.     STARTING TIMES: Begin at 8:00AM each day, off the 1^st and 10^th tee at both courses.

3.     COURSE SET- UP:  The golf courses will be set-up at approximately 6600-6700 yards.

4.     REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up in the vicinity of the pro shop at each course on the first day of play. All competitors are requested to check in.

5.  PRACTICE ROUNDS: The FSGA has waived Rule 7-1b; this will allow competitors to play a practice round between competitive rounds. Practice rounds, space available, Friday April 30. The cost of your practice round will be $25.00 plus tax.  Please call (904) 940-6088 to arrange your practice round, at either course.

6.     DIRECTIONS TO World Golf Village Courses: Slammer and Squire Course: From I-95 take Exit 323 (International Golf Parkway) west approximately 1 mile to World Golf Village Blvd. Turn right, this will take you to the course.

King and Bear Course: From I-95 take Exit 323(International Golf Parkway) west approximately 5 miles, turn right on Registry Blvd. go to roundabout and turn onto King and   Bear Drive.

7.  ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Comfort Suites – World Golf Village for $74.00 per night. Call (877) 940-9501 for reservations before March 30, 2004 and identify yourself as an FSGA competitor to receive special rate.
