Dear 2010 FSGA Mid-Am Participant:

Congratulations on qualifying for the 2010 FSGA Mid-Amateur.  The members and staff of Timuquana Country Club are looking forward to hosting the 2010 event.  Please let the staff know if there is any way we can help to make your experience at our facility a little more enjoyable.  Some of the details and particulars about Timuquana Country Club are in the paragraphs below.

During practice rounds, lunch and beverages will be available in the tee stand behind the 18th green.  On Thursday and Friday, breakfast will be available in the tee stand offering sausage biscuits, fresh fruit, and danishes.  Lunch will be available for $12 adjacent to the scoring area on the front lawn.  The men’s 19th hole and casual lounge will be available for cocktails after your rounds inside the clubhouse.  ONLY CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED IN ALL LOCATIONS unless charging privileges are set up at the receptionist desk.

Timuquana does not have tee times so as you call in for a practice round, we will give you a time that we would like for you to be ready to play and assign you with a group if you do not have one.  Practice rounds are available one week prior to the event and can be made by calling the golf shop at (904) 389-0477.  Yardage books are available in the golf shop for $7.

Please adhere to our dress code.  Cargo shorts are not permitted.  Shirttails must be tucked in at all times and hats must be worn in a traditional manner.  More information can be found on our website – Timuquana.net.  Cell phone use is not permitted inside the clubhouse.  Cell phone use is discouraged on the course and driving range and if necessary, should be used discreetly away from other golfers.

Again, we are excited to host this prestigious Florida State Golf Association event and wish you the best of luck during the competition.

Sincerely,
