TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.     FORMAT: All players traveling to Lone Palm Golf Club are guaranteed an 18 hole-seeding round and at least one round of match play.  After the 18 hole seeding round, the field of 96 will be broken into a Championship flight of 32 players and four additional flights of 16. Ultimately there will be a Match Play Champion from the Championship Flight and four additional flights champions.

2.     WHITHDRAWALS:  Anyone “No Showing” for a match will be required to submit a $150.00 donation to the FSGA Junior Fund prior to being allowed entry into any future FSGA events. 

3.     GOLF CARTS: Carts are included for all competitive rounds.  Players are responsible for practice round cart fees.

4.     DIRECTIONS: See www.fsga.org and click on maps to clubs for directions to Lone Palm Golf Club.

5.      ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Amerisuites at The Lakeland Center for $69.00 per night.  Call (863) 413-1122 and identify yourself as a FSGA competitor.   

6.     REGISTRATION: A registration table will be set up outside the pro shop prior to the seeding round.  All contestants are requested to check in. 

7.     PRACTICE ROUNDS: Practice times are available one week prior to the championship space available; Saturday and Sunday after 1:00 pm.    The price of your practice round is $25.00 plus tax including range balls.  Call (863) 499-5481 to arrange your times. Remember, you are a guest at Lone Palm Golf Club and gentlemanly behavior and proper dress is expected at all times.  The proper place to practice your swing is on the driving range, hitting multiple shots on the course is unacceptable.

8.     CLUBHOUSE:  The grillroom and golf shop will accept cash, Master Card and Visa.
