Player Information Sheet

Entrance and Parking

Players and guests must enter The Concesssion Golf Club through their north gate off of St Rd 70. Click here to download and print the parking pass for you and your guests. Club volunteers will direct you to open parking areas.

The gate at the Ritz-Carlton Member's Club will be open during the week of the tournament.

Practice Rounds

Practice round tee times must be reserved in advance by calling each club. Players may begin calling to reserve their practice round tee time on Tuesday, June 12th. Practice round tee times are available on a space available basis, and after noon on the weekend, beginning on Thursday, June 14th - Wednesday, June 20th (clubs are closed on Monday, June 18th). Practice rounds are only available to players in the field; not alternates or guests.

Players are offered practice round at each club for $40 plus tax which includes a cart. Any additional practice rounds are available on a space available basis at Concession for $135 plus cart and tax and at the Ritz-Carlton for $65 plus tax.

Practice Facilities

Practice facilities at both clubs are available to all players in the field beginning on Tuesday, June 19th. Facilites open each morning at 6:45 AM and close at 6:00 PM. Prior to Tuesday, June 19th the practice facilities are only open to players playing a practice round and players are not permitted to practice after their practice round concludes.

Alternates and guests do not have privileges to the practice facilities, except alternates may warm-up on Thursday morning before the first round until the last group has teed off.

Player Registration

Player registration will be at The Concession Golf Club only. Please register to receive your gift and championship information. Registration will be open:

• Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 6:45 AM - 9:45 AM
• Friday 6:45 AM - 9:45 AM

Caddies and Guests

Caddies are allowed in FSGA events; however, the caddie must not be a parent or guardian of the player. Additionally, players must ride, their bag must be on the cart, and caddies must walk. Caddies are expected to be neat in appearance and wear proper golf attire.  Jeans, t-shirts, collarless shirts, and flip-flops are not allowed and shirts must be tucked in. 

Guests are allowed to spectate during the Championship and the dress code applies to everyone on the grounds. Players are responsible for informing their guests of these polices.

Club Policies

We are guests at these fine clubs and we must adhere to their policies. Players, caddies, parents, and guests must follow the club's policies:

• Hats off inside clubhouses for men
• Cell phones allowed only outside
• Cell phone usage (web browsing, text, etc.) should be kept to a minimum inside clubhouses

Method of Payment

The Concession Golf Club ONLY accepts major credit cards for all purchases.

Ritz-Carlton Member's Club accepts both cash and credit cards for all purchases.

Cell Phones Usage

Cell phone usage is permitted at both clubs; however, ringers must be on silent or vibrate and any phone calls must be made or taken outside. Using your phone inside the clubhouse to access the scoreboard is acceptable; however, other use should be kept to a minimum.

Food and Beverage

Concession - The Turn Stand located at the 10th tee will be open 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM each day on the week of the Championship. Beginning at 7:00 AM breakfast and lunch will be available to order and purchase in the clubhouse during the week of the Championship. Only credit cards are accepted for payment.

Ritz-Carlton - Breakfast is NOT available. Lunch is available for purchase in the clubhouse. Credit cards and cash is accepted.

Spectator Carts

Spectator carts are not available at The Concession; however, limited spectator carts may be available at the Ritz-Carlton.

Personal Appearance - Players & Spectators

Remember that you are a guest at both host clubs and gentlemanly behavior and proper dress is expected at all times by the players and their guests. All shirts must be tucked in at all times. No jeans, cargo shorts, flip-flops, and other non-golf attire.
