Amateur Match Play Championship

MEMO

1.      Enclosed are the groupings and pertinent information for the qualifying round at Panama Country Club in Lynn Haven, Florida on Monday, July 14, 2008.  They will accept Cash and Visa/MasterCard for method of payment.  

2.      All players MUST RIDE during the qualifying round.  The qualifying fee includes cart/course fee and range balls for the qualifying round.  Spectators and caddies are welcome, but they must walk at all times.

3.      Panama Country Club prohibits the use of traditional metal spikes.

4.      A check point pace of play policy will be in effect.  Please read the entire policy by clicking this link, FSGA Pace of Play Policy.

5.      To arrange your practice round, call (850) 265-2911.  On a space available basis, practice rounds are available one week prior to the competition; practice rounds are restricted to after 12:00 PM on Saturday & Sunday. The cost of the practice round is $35.00 plus tax.  All contestants playing a practice round must reserve a tee time.

6.      Practice Rounds:  Remember you are a guest at Panama Country Club and gentlemanly behavior and proper dress is expected at all times.  The proper place to practice your swing is on the driving range, hitting multiple shots on the course is unacceptable.

7.      At this time the number of qualifying spots had not been determined by the FSGA.  This information will be posted at the qualifier.
