Memorandum to Contestants

On behalf of the FSGA, congratulations on competing in the Inaugural Florida Women's Open & Senior Open. We hope that you enjoy your experience in competing at a State Championship and take many favorable memories from your time at Reunion Resort.

Please take time to carefully read through this information.  There are several important pieces of information contained here, some of which require action by you, by a certain time (e.g. villa reservations, and practice rounds, etc.).  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the FSGA Championship Department at (813) 632-3742 or championships@fsga.org.

Practice Rounds

Practice rounds are available on a space available basis on both courses.

All players must take a cart and the cost of the practice round, including range balls and cart, is $40 plus tax. Only participants may play practice rounds.

Open each morning at approximately 6:30 AM and close at 6:30 PM.

Reunion Resort Villas & Accommodations

Reunion Resort is offering great rates for their on-site villas. All reservations must be made by August 5th. Click here for booking information.

Host Site Policies & Dress Code

The membership and management would like all of you to enjoy your experience during the Championship.

• Gentlemen are required to wear collared shirts tucked in and hats worn properly while on the golf course.
  
• No denim.
  
• Players are encouraged to use the services of the clubhouse and grill room for food and beverage. 

Food & Beverage

Lunch is provided complimentary for contestants during days of competition. Additionally, bottled water, sports drinks, snacks and fruit will be provided at the starting tees each morning.

Breakfast is available for purchase at the golf club beginning at 6:30 AM each morning.

Players are not allowed to bring outside product on property. Please support the club and purchase your food and beverage at the club.

Carts & Caddies

All players must ride during Championship rounds. Only players are allowed to ride in carts.  If a player employs a caddie, the caddie MUST walk and the player’s clubs must remain on the golf cart. A player cannot employ a caddie that is a parent, step-parent or guardian.

Spectator Carts

Spectator carts are allowed by FSGA policy; Reunion will be able to sell a limited amount on a first-come first-serve basis for $30 plus tax.

Player Check-In (Thursday & Friday)

Player check-in will be on Thursday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM and again Friday morning before the first round. It will be located in the main Pavilion, adjacent to the driving range. Please check in to receive your tee gifts and other items.

Payment at Clubs

All major credit cards are accepted for F&B and Golf Shop purchases. Cash is accepted everywhere except the golf shop.
