MEMO

1.     Enclosed are the groupings and pertinent information for the qualifying round at the Imperial Golf Club – East Course in Naples, FL on May 27, 2003.  They will accept Cash, Visa/MasterCard for method of payment for cart fees.  For any food & beverage purchase the club will only accept cash.

2.     Imperial Golf Club prohibits the use of traditional metal spikes.

3.     To arrange your practice round, call (239) 597-7186.  Practice rounds are available from May 19th – May 26th.  The golf course is closed on May 23^rd.  The cost of the practice round is $25.00 plus tax.  All contestants playing a practice round may reserve a tee time nine days in advance.

4.     Practice Rounds:  Remember you are a guest at Imperial Golf Club and gentlemanly behavior and proper dress is expected at all times.  The proper place to practice your swing is on the driving range, hitting multiple shots on the course is unacceptable.

5.     All players MUST RIDE during the qualifying round.  PLAYERS are responsible for their cart/course fee at the qualifying round.  The cost of the qualifying round is $25 tax and includes range balls.  Spectators and caddies are welcome, but they must walk at all times.

6.     At the time of this mailing the number of qualifying spots had not been determined by the FSGA.  This information will be posted at the qualifier.
