TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.                  FORMAT: 36 holes of stroke play. Maximum of four players per team. Total of the low three scores of the four gross scores for each team will count.

2.                  SEEDING: Teams will be seeded based on last years performance, other FSGA events and/or total of team handicap indexes.

3.                  GROUPINGS: The field will be re-paired according to team scores following the first round.

4.                  COURSE SET- UP:  North and South Courses. Yardage will be between 6600 – 6700 yards. Play will be from the Gold tees.

5.                  DIRECTIONS TO PGA Golf Club: From I – 95 take Exit 63C, head west to the Golf Course. Visit FSGA web site (course directory) to obtain a map.

6.                  ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Spring Hill Suites for $69 per night with a deadline for reservations of April 19^th. Call 561) 871-2929 and identify yourself as an FSGA competitor for reservations. Additional arrangements have been made at the PGA Villas. A one-bedroom suite will be $89 per night, a one-bedroom deluxe villa is $149 per night, and a two-bedroom, and a two-bedroom deluxe villa is $189 per night. 7.                  REGISTRATION: There will be a registration table set up under the clock tower. Each player must check in to receive additional tournament information and their tee gift.

8.                  CLUB PROPER:

·         The PGA Golf Club does permit their outside hospitality team to accept gratuities.

·         Proper golf attire must be worn at all times on club property.

·         The PGA Golf Club accepts cash and credit cards.

·         Play one ball only during your practice round. DO NOT hit multiple shots from any one place on the course.

9.                  PRACTICE ROUND: You may book your practice round up to 9 days in advance however, after April 28^th the fee will be $29 plus tax per round and $20 plus tax for a second round. Rounds played after 3 PM are $16 plus tax. Please call (800) 800-4653 to schedule your tee times, and identify yourself as an FSGA Club Team Contestant. Range balls are NOT included for the practice round. Range balls are provided for competitive rounds.

10.              WAIVER OF RULE 7-1b: The FSGA is waiving Rule 7-1b (Practice on a competition course between rounds).
