TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.                   FORMAT: 36 holes four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round.

2.                  COURSE SET-UP:  Total yardage will be between 6800 – 6900 yards.

3.                  DIRECTIONS TO THE DORAL GOLF RESORT & SPA: See map attached or visit our website at fsga.org.

4.                  ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa for $109.00 per night.  Call (800) 71-DORAL or (305) 592-2000 and Identify yourself as an FSGA competitor for reservations.

5.                  REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop. All contestants are requested to check in.

6.                  PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available one week prior to the event.  The cost of the practice round is $30.00 plus tax. Please call (305) 592-2030 to reserve a time for your practice round.

• FRIDAY: There is a block of times for practice rounds on Friday morning from 7:18am – 7:54am ONLY.  They will be given out on a first come first serve basis.  The Doral Resort has an event Friday afternoon so there is no available practice round times.  We are encouraging local competitors to play a practice round before Friday.

• The place to practice your golf swing is on the driving range.  Hitting multiple balls on the golf course is unacceptable.

7.                  PAYMENT: The Doral Golf Resort & Spa accepts Cash and Visa/MasterCard for method of payment.

8.                  SCORE CARDS: Rule 31–4 will strictly be enforced. See example on the reverse side.
