TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1. FORMAT: 36 holes of four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round.

2. COURSE SET- UP:  The golf course will be set-up approximately 6600-6700 yards.

3. ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Embassy Suites Fort Myers - Estero for $109.00 per night.  Call (239) 949-4222 and identify yourself as an FSGA competitor for reservations. Additional, arrangements have been made on a space available basis at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort at the rate of $129 plus tax per night. Competitors can call (800) 241-3333 and must identify themselves as a Florida State Golf Association competitor for reservations.

4. REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop. All contestants are requested to check in.

5. GPS AND RANGE FINDERS ALLOWED: In this competition, a player may obtain distance information by using a device that measures distance ONLY. However, if, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g., gradient, wind-speed, temperature, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 14-3, for which the penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional functions are actually used.”

6. PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available one week prior to the championship.  Practice rounds may be played after 12:00 PM on the weekend.  The price for your practice round is $25.00 tax.  Please call (239) 561-6335 to arrange your practice round.  The proper place to practice your golf swing is on the driving range, hitting multiple shots on the course is unacceptable.

7. PAYMENT:  Club at Renaissance will accept cash, Visa/MasterCard and American Express.

8. SCORECARDS: Rule 31–4 will strictly be enforced.

From I-75 South - Take Exit 131 and turn right onto Daniels Parkway. Turn right onto Danport Blvd.

From I-75 North - Take Exit 131 and turn left onto Daniels Parkway. Turn right onto Danport Blvd.

From US 41 - Head East on Daniels Parkway. Turn left onto Danport Blvd.

From 82 - Head West on Daniels Parkway, you will pass under I-75. Turn right onto Danport Blvd.
