TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.                   FORMAT: 36 holes four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round.

2.                  COURSE SET- UP:  Total yardage will be between 6800 – 6900 yards.

3.                  DIRECTIONS TO THE RIVERWOOD GOLF CLUB: From I-75  exit at  #32.  Go right (West) onto Toledo Blade Blvd.  Travel on Toledo Blade Blvd. for approximately 5 miles and go right at the second stop light onto CR 776.  The Riverwood Golf Club will be 3 miles on your right.

4.                  ACCOMMODATIONS: The arrangements made at the Days Inn for $52.00 per night.  Please call (941) 627 – 8900 and identify yourself as a FSGA competitor for reservations.

5.                  REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop. All contestants are requested to check in. You will receive tee favor and tournament information at the registration table.

6.     PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available one week prior to the event.  Players may make tee times one week in advance.  The cost of the practice round is $25.00 plus tax. Please call (941) 764-6661 to reserve a time for your practice round. The place to practice your golf swing is on the driving range.  Hitting multiple balls on the golf course is unacceptable.

7.                  PAYMENT: The Riverwood Golf Club accepts Cash and Visa/MasterCard for method of payment.

8.                  SCORE CARDS: Rule 31–4 will strictly be enforced. See example on the reverse side.
