TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1.     FORMAT: 36 holes of four-ball stroke play. We will re-pair and flight after the first round.

2.     COURSE SET- UP:  The golf course will be set-up approximately 6600-6700 yards.

3.     ACCOMMODATIONS:  Please click on area hotels for hotels in the Hobe Sound area.  The FSGA does not have a host hotel.

4.     REGISTRATION TABLE: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop. All contestants are requested to check in.

5. GPS AND RANGE FINDERS ALLOWED: In this competition, a player may obtain distance information by using a device that measures distance ONLY. However, if, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g., gradient, wind-speed, temperature, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 14-3, for which the penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional functions are actually used.”

6.     PRATICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available one week prior to the championship.  Practice rounds may be played after 12:00 PM on the weekend.  The price for your practice round is $25.00 tax.  Please call (772) 546-8933 to arrange your practice round.  The proper place to practice your golf swing is on the driving range, hitting multiple shots on the course is unacceptable.

7.     PAYMENT:  Hobe Sound Golf Club will accept cash, Visa/MasterCard and American Express.

8.     SCORECARDS: Rule 31–4 will strictly be enforced.

DIRECTIONS TO HOBE SOUND GOLF CLUB

From I-95 Take I-95, exit at Bridge Road and go East. Travel approximately 7 miles and turn left at the main gate for Hobe Sound Golf Club, which is 1/4 mile west of U.S. Highway One.

From Jupiter

Take U.S. Highway One North and turn left (West) at Bridge Road in Hobe Sound. Go West about 1/4 mile and turn right at the main gate.

From Stuart

Take U.S. Highway One South and turn right (West) at Bridge Road in Hobe Sound. Go West about 1/4 mile and turn right at the main gate.
