Mid-Amateur Championship

MEMO

1.      Enclosed are the groupings and pertinent information for the qualifying round at Fiddlesticks Country Club – Long Mean Course in Fort Myers, FL on Monday August 28, 2006. They will accept  Visa/MasterCard for method of payment.  

2.    All players MUST RIDE during the qualifying round.  PLAYERS are responsible for their cart/course fee at the qualifying round.  The cost of the qualifying round is $30 tax and includes range balls.  Spectators and caddies are welcome, but they must walk at all times.

3.      Fiddlesticks Country Club – Long Mean Course prohibits the use of traditional metal spikes.

4.      To arrange your practice round, call (239) 768-1114.  Practice rounds are available five days prior to the competition day.  Weekend practice rounds are restricted to after 12:00 PM.  The cost of the practice round is $30 tax.  All contestants playing a practice round must reserve a tee time.

5.      Practice Rounds:  Remember you are a guest at Fiddlesticks Country Club – Long Mean Course and gentlemanly behavior and proper dress is expected at all times.  The proper place to practice your swing is on the driving range, hitting multiple shots on the course is unacceptable.

6.      At the time of this mailing the number of qualifying spots had not been determined by the FSGA.  This information will be posted at the qualifier.
