1. FORMAT: 54 holes individual stroke play.  Players will be flighted after the second round.

2. TEE TIMES: Round one tee times will begin at 8:00 AM off of the 1^st and 10^th tees. 

3. PRACTICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available on a space available basis one week prior to the event, Monday-Friday after 10:00 AM, Saturday-Sunday after 12:00 PM at a rate of $25 plus tax.  Please call (407) 239-6108 to arrange your practice round.

4. COURSE SET-UP: The golf course will be set-up approximately 6900-7000 yards.

5. REGISTRATION: There will be a registration table set up in front of the pro shop prior to the first round. All competitors are requested to check in.

6. ACCOMMODATIONS: Arrangements have been made at the Hampton Inn LBV, call (407) 465-8150 and identify yourself as a Florida State Golf Association participant. The rate is $99 plus tax. Rooms should be reserved by June 22, 2006. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis.

7. PRACTICE RANGE: Range balls will be provided only prior to the competitive rounds.

8. METHOD OF PAYMENT: Grande Pines Golf Club accepts cash and Visa or MasterCard.
