Randy Elliott, Winter Park, leads the Mid-Senior Championship being held at the PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie. Elliott shot a 65, which included 7 birdies and 11 pars. FSGA President Rick Woulfe of Fort Lauderdale came in second with a 66. Apopka’s Doug Snoap is in third place with a 69. Snoap was the runner up at the FSGA Match Play Championship two weeks ago in Ft. Myers.
The championship is 54 holes of stroke play, but to the low 70 plus ties after 36 holes following play Saturday with the final round on Sunday.
