The goal of the Gainesville Junior Golf Tour is to provide a positive competitive environment that enables young golfers to improve their skill levels and become better individuals.
The tour is conducted on nine courses with one each week from June through the first week in August. Officials recognized by the Florida State Golf Association conduct the tournaments in accordance with USGA standards.
Players are divided into five age divisions for both boys and girls. Weekly winners are recognized and annual awards are also presented.
