Course Rating
Tip, by Gary Donat
The scheduling of ratings has begun, last week
agreements were sent to 160 clubs with courses in
need of a rating. When a club returns the signed
agreement to our office, I’ll send a copy of the
agreement to the Captains and update the Volunteer
Central Course Rating Management page on the FSGA
website. Captains, please make sure you are using
this tool and updating each rating as you progress
through the ratings process.
I will be arranging some dates for course rating
meetings to be attended by all Course Rating
Volunteers and a Captains meeting in Tampa. I want
to be able relay some of the information gathered
from the USGA National Course Rating Calibration
meeting, so stay tuned.
