he following FSGA tournament volunteers and staff members have proven their extensive knowledge of the Rules of Golf and demonstrated the officiating ability to be certified as Senior Rules Officials or Rules Officials. Their duties include applying and interpreting the Rules of Golf, course set-up, starting, scoring, as well as other Officiating duties.
